New social housing strategy by Dr. Duncan Rouch

Homelessness is a continuing problem in Victoria (O'Sullivan 2017). There is also insufficient public housing and community housing (including affordable housing), together which we may call social housing. Moreover, serious questions remain about current government social housing policy in Victoria. How, therefore, do we do better?
